The Commissioner for Tourism, Mr Philip Yung, at the Hong Kong Young Ambassador Scheme 2011/12 appointment and awards ceremony on August 24. Jointly organised by the Tourism Commission and the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups since 2001, the Scheme aims to nurture a culture of hospitality among Hong Kong's younger generation for the further benefit of schools and the community.
